The room was brand-new and quiet and overlooked city. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus. The location of the hotel was central, next to convenient stores, halal restaurant, and Bintulu. We saw Farley Supermarket, that's relatively close to the venue.

The Wiwo Hotel in Bintulu is an amazing base for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, making it a superior place to stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated having an individual safe, a dining area, and a writing table in the room. The best thing about this hotel is its location, which is really good.

The room was cool and quiet, had comfy beds and particularly good views. It offered us strategic and incredible location next to many eateries nearby, personal care shop, convenient stores and restaurants, and a bus Terminal and Bank and ATM. Furthermore, at town centre.

Located at the heart of the city, this hotel offers great value for money. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, whether it was the comfortable two single beds or the spacious king size bed in the larger room. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast provided by the hotel.

Appreciated Bintulu, the hotel was nice right next to a food court. The staff were amicable and pleasant and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. A lot of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. The whole experience was comfortable.
